Commitments and obligations

The personal data communicated by the user to UFM can be stored in automated databases or not, whose ownership corresponds exclusively to UFM, assuming all the technical, organizational and security measures that guarantee confidentiality, integrity and quality of the information contained therein in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on data protection.
The communication between the users and UFM uses a secure channel, and the transmitted data are encrypted thanks to protocols to HTTPS. Therefore, we guarantee the best security conditions so that user confidentiality is guaranteed.
Claims
The user can make claims by sending an email to webmaster@ufm.edu indicating his or her name and surnames, the service purchased, and the reasons for his or her claim.

Intellectual and industrial property rights
By virtue of the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution or public communication is expressly prohibited, including the way it is made available, of all or part of the contents of the website, for commercial purposes, or any support and by any technical means, without the authorization of UFM. The user undertakes to respect the rights of Intellectual and Industrial Property owned by UFM.
